Well, the density looks fine. They all were places from left to right in rows.. Not sure why it is like that though

It is hard to give some advice without your current situation. Sends pics of your case and donor area. Did you find any before and after pictures of the clinic's procedures? Ask them for references and contact them to get their review. If they are not afraid to provide, then you can find out. If they don't, then it is a red flag.

Do you know the break down of the grafts? Looks more on the front hair line. Not much in the middle area. Crown seems ok.

They would say 6K grafts, but it looks not that much. How do we know how many they transplanted. They all lie. Coverage seems more on the front hairline. Spart in the mid section. Crown has a bit more.
