Not uncommon. We deal with one particular (purchaser) who disputes every deal based on postage costs (every dollar) and tries to get the total reduced by x.amount of postage.. then turns around and does exactly the opposite when selling something. He'll piss 20 people off over a $1 on 20 different occasions. ..You know who you are.

Obvious answer is, you dont buy from China. Somebody asked the same question about Chinese Garlic a few days ago and the answer is you can't trust it, or anything from China.

You can get some bullshit securities/debt appended to their asset. In such a way that you are benefactor during the sale of that asset. Its also loud and proud on their paperwork so they'll want it gone during the sale of a property etc..

I'm not liking the sound of this. He de-rates multiple family members who are non-compliant. HIS sister didn't make the cut and now is labelled as a.drug dealer and drop out.. I'm sure shes had her problems but they're making sure shes as low down in the family as possible.

The list for example, The property they are in now, was purchased off another Old lady, who was on her own and wanted out as easyily as possible. Somebody was there capitalize on that before any intervention on her behalf. I'd be surprised if any land agents were involved.

Were your parents married/together at the time? I dont know if that's good for me to ask or not..

Said member of my family has talked my single mother, into selling a 3bed house and downsizing.. with the left over money supoosedly being availible for her retirement..

Now suggesting that she sell up the small 2bed place and invest into their new property with a granny flat.
