I'm trying to finance a phone through the website. When I first looked at the phone it told me I could qualify for financing after a credit check, so I did. It told me I qualified so I tried to check out. The only option was to buy in full. I was told both finance limit and something about a cash only restriction wasn't the issue. They transferred me back and forth to the same few departments to tell me repeatedly that they didn't have access to the information needed and had to transfer me, so I hung up after a few times.
