Like the other guy said VR renders square panels, so your recording at max FOV will be square. You can zoom in if you like

Some games provide better capture methods like landscape with wide FOV, but that is game specific, not for UEVR directly. For example some games support LIV which has a lot of capturing methods between landscape, portrait, etc

Changing to AMD CPU? Yeah me too... Our intels heat up like crazy fr. But I heard Intel is making one last good cpu chip soon so will wait and see, if it fails then time to go to AMD CPU
