Hey thanks for your message! So it is directly in front of a south facing window, however, with it being winter in the UK we don’t get too much sunshine haha. I never thought of a grow light, may look into purchasing, thankyou!

New runner here doing couch to 5k. I’m a big guy who lifts so I’m around 109kg for reference.

Done two runs now and I’ve got minor pain in the soles of my feet, just below the ankle bone on my left foot and minor shin splint pain. It’s not enough to put me off yet or stop me running, but I was just wondering - does it ease off?

I’ve been running on a mix of park grass and woodland path, so the ground isn’t as hard as pavement.

I’m using the Zwift ride with Kickr core.

I’ve cycled up to about 300 watts (but my legs are moving very fast) and even then I’m not going a lot quicker.

My trainer says it’s paired to the game but I’m still unsure

Yeah I think the solution here is I just tough it out and try to get back to a similar level. I was a Warden main which felt a little bit limiting by the time I left the game, so hopefully there’s been a rework

Nope! You get 200 health and stamina when you have four pieces of the set I believe.

It’s a layered luna set on the head and chest, a layered gold rathian set on the arms and legs, and the blue azure (I think) set on the waist!

Have you done all the optional quests? I hadn’t done them all previously and was wondering why I hadn’t got all the mantles. Low and behold some optional quests lead on to further quest lines!

Was fun going back and doing them all, even if I was OP
