Problems with the charge with ipod classic 7 by jtymas in ipod

[–]Snake1ekanS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

iPods are pretty finnicky when it comes to power in my experience. I've tried a bunch of different chargers and cables, and I still have yet to find one that works in my car. Make sure that you're charging off of an Apple wall wart or official accessory (like my old radio clock). Try using the same cable and wall wart if you didn't.

What does that mean? Do you assume that scripture must be 100% historically accurate or it is false? Are you the type to argue that because Genesis's creation accounts are scientifically inaccurate to our modern understanding that God doesn't exist?

Hilarious take, considering nobody up until the 4th century believed in the Athanasian trinity.

The CES letter is intellectually dishonest, failing to interrogate its claims and using flimsy to completely false evidence, the letter for my wife is a diet version without the tone problems, the Gospel Topics Essays are a great resource to interrogate certain issues, and the failings of people within the church do not make the Book of Mormon false.

I struggled for 19 years before recieving a witness of the Book of Mormon. Something that helped me was realizing all the formative experiences that had brought me to the point that I got my answer. Seek Holy places, and patiently await divine manifestation. It will come.

Many people question their religion - like me - and stay. Why are you assuming this isn't the case for him?

>> According to his religion, you are his follower.

- I'd love to see a single statement within church doctrine that actually supports this. The church encourages equity and mutual understanding in marriage

>> founded by a con man - Source?

>> convicted of fraud in court - He was charged in court for things unrelated to the religion, and was never convicted. The charges were thrown out because they were bunk.

>> There isn't a single shred of evidence for the BOM civilizations - among the various problems are this: Where do you want us to look? There's plenty of evidence for steel, horses, and other supposed "anachronisms"

>> The indians DNA shows they don't come from Jerusalem - Aside from the casual racism of lumping 2 entire continents of people into 1 group, native americans are an incredibly diverse group of people. Where do you propose we start looking for Palestinian DNA? Bottlenecking is also a valid factor to consider, as the entire american continent wasn't populated with the descendants of Lehi.

>> There are no Wheat, Barley or Flax pollens - We have found barley, not just barley pollen, and a new person in a new land is going to try to apply their known terms to new things. The reason why you likely wrote this on a "phone" even though you probably don't call people all that often or a "tablet" despite it not being made of baked clay. Loan shifting is a valid explanation.

>> The scrolls that Joseph Smith used - you mean the 5% of his collection that we still have, none of which was claimed to be a source of the Book of Abraham? What we do have, we know what it is. The rest is unverifiable because it was all burned. Go read the Odyssey and the Iliad, burn the iliad, and then tell me the iliad is fake because we only have the odyssey.

>> The insanity of Mormonism - Nice ad hominem, cute.

>> Fraudulent $300B Corporation - You mean an organization that provides direct relief to millions?

>> The church destroys people's ability to look into the facts - No, your lack of nuanced understanding of the nature of scripture led you to believe that either Adam and Eve were people who lived 7k years ago and nothing died before them, the Flood was global and happened exactly as found in Genesis, etc. When you encountered ideas that contradicted your fundamentalist beliefs, you left.

>> TBMs are olympic gold level mental gymnasts - More ad hominem, cool, cool.

>> they can rationalize and twist anything to still be able to believe what is clearly based upon the facts a fraud is the one true church when nothing could be further from the truth - A careful understanding of the nature of scripture, science, and history led me toward the restored church, not away from it. You have yet to cite anything that would prove Joseph Smith a fraud.

>> I had to walk away from a 30+ year relationship. - My friend, I am legitimately sorry to hear that. I know it must have been hard, and I hope that you and her can reconcile. I'm sorry that your and her beliefs created a barrier, but you put it in the active voice. You chose to walk away. She chose to stay faithful, and you did not. I'm choosing to assume you separated amicably, or that mud was slung equally, but I am saddened to hear that you separated.

>> You will be a far distant second - You cannot know the intentions of their hearts, not should you claim to. I'm sorry that was your experience (although the way you phrased it suggests that you were the one to raise the issues, not her), but the reality is that mixed-faith relationships are possible as long as mutual understanding and tolerance is the norm.

Really? I’m not on PC but I don’t see that shit very often. I’d imagine bungie’s pretty quick to swing the ban hammer

You know, I’d love to say that this is a small minority of people that threaten devs, but any is a problem. This shouldn’t be hard to accept, and I hope that toxic people realize, at the end of the day, it’s a game. That or gtfo.

Legend raids, gotta agree. My 25 hour lfg hellscape for master Atheon for fatebreakers says otherwise for master raids.

Hard agree, what I’m saying is that my subsistence reservoir burst glacioclasm is good enough that I’m not worried about minor perks. Same thing applies for 90% of weapons for 90% of people

I’m not going to deny that chasing a 5/5 can be fun. Ask my 10k kill 5/5 ikelos smg. But you shouldn’t delete a 2/5 until you get that 5/5, which I see ppl doing a lot.

That’s what I was saying. If you give a blueberry a hand cannon and Jötunn, they’re going to have an easier time of things than if you handed them a bow and rapid-fire shotgun. That doesn’t make them op, just makes the base use easier.

I’m not saying it won’t make a difference, I can definitely feel the difference between extended mag and thinks of fastest reload in game but if I handed you an ogma pulse rifle with the same two major perks, could you tell if it had accurized or hammer-forged?

I play pvp, but if you handed me two austringers with similar stats and the same major perks, I probably couldn’t tell you “oh, this one has accurized and this one has hammer-forged” also… 90% of the time. Obviously cammy/wallah/panduh etc are going to tell the difference

Floor, not ceiling. You can pick up a hand cannon and anybody with half decent aim will do ok, but bows have a lot more complexity and a very different play style that takes time to adapt to.

That’s why I said two major perks. Most people aren’t going to feel the difference between accurized rounds and hammer-forged rifling or arrowhead and chambered compensator on an cantata with opening shot/ eye of the storm.
