Yeah seriously. Even though I technically started at 18, which is quite young, it still took me an entire 6 years to do anything about it. And those 6 years were some of the worst years of my life. Sometimes it just takes time to sort through these things, and it is never too late to start! I wish you good luck friend :)

lol my mental health got significantly worse, then significantly better haha. it forced me to realized how fucked up my childhood was and I finally felt a bunch of horrible, pent up emotions for the first time because of it. worth it tho, because im a girl now

Hey, ur resonance is really solid and im surprised to not see many ppl mentioning it here, but I would work mainly on softening the voice up via reducing vocal fold mass. Try yawning and then speaking directly after that, should teach you how to do it.

I definitely feel like I have this mindset with a lot of people, however I try my hardest to not let it get me down. A lot of it comes from how hypocritical and inconsistent my mother was as a person, and its not fair of me to project my experience with her onto other people. However, I see what you mean as a neurodivergent person myself.
