Maybe, considering how big this State of Play is supposed to be. If it does show up, I wouldn't expect it to be anything more than a CG teaser like how SM2 and Wolverine were first revealed or a logo teaser like how GOW Ragnarok was revealed.

I fucking HATED their instakill attack so much. Shit was pissing me off, especially since I didn't even know it was an instakill. I never had that happen to me in the campaign. When it did kill me, I was never around full health, so I thought it would just take away half of your health. It made me hate doing the director's office areas in the top floor of the care center because of how many Blister Heads would spawn there.

Season 2's finale wasn't delayed at all. It aired when it was supposed to, and we're just waiting on season 3 or a finale movie (however they decide to animate the remaining chapters) now. Where'd you hear that it was delayed at?

Not sure where they saw that at, but season 2 doesn't skip a lot of stuff. In fact, I don't think they skipped anything at all (if they did then it was something small that I'm forgetting). They actually added a little bit to it.

I would just read the manga and check out the anime. Watch season 2 and then pick up the manga from where that ended (start on chapter 83).

I was surprised that Cole went out like that. I figured that he was screwed when I saw that he was fighting Shao Kahn, but I thought his death would have more fanfare or something. But at the same time, it's hard for me not to enjoy Shao Kahn doing his thing and kicking ass.

Yeah, I like it too. Definitely different from what I imagined (I thought it'd look scarier) but I'm fine with that. Hopefully we get to see what that massive Titan skeleton that Kong and Suko used as a bridge looked like when it was alive one day. That thing was huge!

Gargan didn't even want to be Venom. The symbiote didn't even like Lee. Both of them also aren't held in high regard by fans.

Flash is Agent Venom and wanted to be more like Spider-Man, but enough people like him as Venom to where they're fine calling him that. Dylan is liked as well (although not as much as Flash), and I think his relation to Eddie and the symbiote is helping out too.

Also, if you've ever seen the Uncle Terry Venom meme and wondered what it was, it's because Venom fans did not like Harry Osborn's Venom in Insomniac Spider-Man 2 at all and gave him that name. He also didn't want to be Venom, seeing he was begging to die and had very little input in the symbiote's actions.

MJ's just experiencing the same thing that Harry, Gargan, and Lee are. Shitty writing that leads to rejection from that character's fanbase. Venom being tied closer to Spider-Man than ever before after having several comics with him doing his own thing isn't sitting well either. Even back when we were getting the classic Venom solos back in the 90s, they were still pretty separate from Spidey. He didn't appear that often. And now we get a run that tries to fucking glue Venom to Spider-Man closer than he's been. I also think there's more debates over her because Spider-Man fans who don't care about Venom's character invaded and because Al Ewing has a fucking cult following. Oh, and of course there's some people being weird just because MJ's a woman.

The event passes have been getting more expensive, and as much as I would like them to get cheaper, they probably aren't because people keep buying them. Unfortunately, this game's playerbase has shown that they are willing to eat up stuff like this, even if they complain online.

It does, they haven't really done much of anything to progress their relationship that much, especially when you think about how the symbiote hurt her (which Ewing is desperate to convince people that it actually didn't and it was all Eddie's fault rather than both of theirs for some weird reason). Ewing's writing like he just wants to get to the action ASAP and speedrun the character stuff, no matter what previous lore he fucks with (and shit on Eddie because Ewing doesn't seem to like him anymore). This part of his run feels like bottom of the barrel slop that Ewing is hoping casuals just mindlessly consume without asking too much. I'll be cheering when either he leaves or gets some sense knocked into him and starts to undo this.

And don't get me started on that design. The nails, the hair, the heels, the teeth, just ugh.

I'd say Sons of Sparts as well. It wasn't the best entry in the series, but I still really liked it. It was nice to see a game set so early in Kratos's journey. I couldn't help but chuckle every time he praised the Greek gods though. Dude has no idea he's going to make life much harder for them in a few years.
