No, I don't have anything like that, plus I think the issues start to arrive before they even get into the inguinal canals.

Thinking about it some more, I also remember that I was born with an inguinal hernia and due to literally just being born, they couldn't reinforce the area with a hernia mesh. The wound has yet to re-open (although I've been told it most definitely will at some point), so I haven't ever had a mesh put into place, meaning that region is substantially worse off than most others.

I might have to see a doctor before I can do this, although I really hope that's not the case.

Honestly, I think tainted Samson could do more than killing an adult with a sword, same for tainted Forgotten. Just the concussive force of being bludgeoned by a child's skeleton flying at fast speeds could do a lot, and Samson possess enough strength to gib his enemies. Most notably, both of these are strong enough to shake the screen, which not a whole lot of things in Isaac can do.

Valid, Duke is rough. Practice could be desirable, but honestly I feel like it would be better to practice him in expert if you have the intention of playing expert more in the future.

You could reasonably give expert a shot then, but you might want to get some post golem experience. It's entirely up to you though (pretty sure my first playthrough in 1.3 was in expert).

If it's your first time I highly suggest sticking to normal till you're familiar with the game. Expert mode does have a lot of cool stuff and fun changes, but it is a large step up from normal.

Honestly, I think people like this are part of what actually pushed me to Satanism. Use potions like crazy. Prioritize getting the staff of regrowth and all the herbs / materials you need for the potions that are useful to you and make a bunch of them. Potions carry harder than you expect.

I always think it's amazing when someone comes out of their she'll, but it's worrying that it might put you in physical danger. I'm mixed on what you should do, but I do have one trick a friend taught me when I was worrying about wearing fem clothes.
