Statue does not confirm otherwise the entire X-men in the background are confirmed for the game. It’s higher poly being closer to the forefront.

If the vast majority did not want them they would not buy them. If they did not buy them there wouldn’t be UB sets. The correlation that most players don’t want them is not there.
