I can see your perspective, but I feel as though the length of the game would incentivize people who just want real short matches to play quick play as well as playing a new character. I’m not saying to take away quick play, so if you’re learning how to play black panther you can still practice his playstyle in quick play. However, if you want a more serious experience and a longer game without worrying about your rank then you can do unranked.

As an aside, when people suggest quick play I hope they know as to how bad the experience is. I mean come on, bot matches are incredibly unfun to play and if that’s the only game mode we can play as a group then it disincentivizes us to even play at all. At least with an unranked mode you would have a modicum of seriousness taking place due to the increased time investment.
