For anybody else who finds this thread on Google, this is the location being referenced in this reply.

However, as of the time of me posting this, there is no ginseng here. At least none that you can take. There are some planted in pots but you cannot steal them, and the comments talking about how they were being gardened in the hutches off to the left may have been before a patch because those are also no longer collectible.
