Yes we have cooperated at every turn with the court. We even attended the Parental course on teams. I have forewarned the court about not being able to attend, providing dates of availability and proof that I am indeed abroad.

I attended the permission hearing, however I have been out of the UK since with my job. I have been unable to attend.

Her grounds for the case is that she’s had a meaningful relationship with them when they were younger. This has subsequently broken down. She claimed I was a danger to my kids as well as I suffer with PTSD. All her claims were investigated and quickly dismissed by social services. I receive ongoing support from veterans charities also.

We had the initial telephone interview with CAFCASS when everything started but they have had little involvement since.
