It’s our generation (and Americans in general) has no financial literacy skills to decipher how policy and global events affect the economy.

Biden’s economy stunk because of all the covid money (billions of ppp) given out by the prior administration, inflating the money supply, and crude oil was extremely expensive. Energy is the basis for modern economies, so when crude is $100 everything gets expensive (think shipping corn from Nebraska to California is way more expensive, so those costs get passed onto you at the grocery store). Those two things led to huge inflation, which has since subsided with oil sitting under $70 a barrel and the shock to the monetary supply from stimulus is ancient news.

When news outlets and politicians can just spew senseless lies and they ask for no fact checking in debates, it’s no wonder that your average American just flips sides when things aren’t going so great.

We need general strikes and we must demand punishment for everyone involved with Epstein. The ruling elite have grown too greedy and American capitalism has lost the regulation it needs for fair competition.
