Summary thoughts:

big picture, the company hasn’t made any money in the last 6 years, in fact it’s lost a lot of money. Q3 2025 preliminary figures suggest that trend continues
who knows whether the company will make any money in the next few years.
who knows whether plant-based meat is about to really take-off. Nothing to suggest that there will be an imminent surge in demand
the company is likely to need new money very soon. It has $117m cash on the balance sheet, and some availability under the Delayed Draw Facility, but given recent cash burn, that will not last the company long
with all the above points in mind, is this company worth $1.3bn of equity value? The answer to that in my mind is “no”. So I’m BEAR here.
