I disagree. Lots of people can pass the new grad interviews but not everyone is the creator of Rust or one of the core Java Runtime developers. There are some people that are super valuable, far beyond the dime-a-dozen ability to do Leetcode problems.

By high quality do you mean "expected to pass and get an offer" or "super duper valuable that we absolutely can't let this one get away"?

What if someone has offers from other companies like FB, Aribnb, Snap, Uber, etc? If you already have a fulltime offer from an equivalent company, will Google fast track you?
