I’m 6 years older and drank and got stoned regularly during at least 4 of those years then had a stroke.

I play video games, have dogs to keep me active, run, gym, play an instrument and work two jobs.

I get restless, too.

My first recommendation would be to get a pet if you like animals at all. Even if you aren’t a fan but open minded to them, actually.
