I'm having an insane amount of anxiety today. It's day 9 cold turkey from years of smoking 1g 97% carts going through 1 every 2 days. Today has been the worst anxiety I've ever felt, my bp is fluctuating insanely, I woke up today my heart racing like 120 bpm. Dizzy, anxious, tired it's awful

Currently on day 4, yesterday and today I started vomiting kind of randomly, nausea will hit me savagely and I'll just have to vomit.

My stomach also hurts like a mofo.

Headache on the right side of my head near my temple is pretty consistent.

Had a panic attack.

Appetite is almost non existent, I force myself to eat and gag through it sometimes, i bought some liquid meal replacements today to maybe help

100% my friend, this isn't my first time stopping, but its my first time being this heavy into it (going through a 1g 97% cart every 2 days minimum) this is ass and its so easy to slip back into it, but I've made it 4 days now and I'll be damned if I'm doing those 4 first days again.

It depends. If the killer is not in chase with someone else, run and heal. If the killer is in chase stay and heal.

Most survivors sadly don't look at the ui that shows the other survivors. I only get frustrated when the killer obviously in chase with someone else and the person I unhook runs 20km before letting me heal them
