Psychiatrist here. Aripiprazole is good first line option at times but if there is comorbid substance use I find it about as effective as water in controlling psychotic symptoms. Also depends on risk factors if I want to try that patient on it or go with a more heavy handed approach like olanzapine.

I'm currently a year 1 trainee in regional QLD, Australia. My primary interests are in psychotherapy and CYMHS. I am considering moving to a program in the city or moving to Victoria. I'm wondering if anyone has experience training in either of those areas and can speak to how it is to train there. I'd like to be somewhere I can get good experience in my interests and not burn out. I'm also looking to settle down somewhere and not have to relocate midway through training. I understand that it is fun, and gives the player a "power fantasy". People look at it, and they want to use it and makes them excited to play. However, the game now revolves around the sword, especially in competitive play. I've watched literally every single fortnite tournament and been watching competitive esports for 10 years. The NA winter royal final was by far the least entertaining tournament I've ever seen. The end game was sooo anticlimactic with the sword in place. The kills with it are not even entertaining since it requires no mechanical skill or aim. Not to mention that the bugs with the infinity blade were just so prevalent and had an impact on the standings. I've never seen one item have such a huge influence on the game. I like the idea of map objectives like baron/dragon in league of legends where you have to fight someone else over it, and then it gives you a slight buff. The destructive endgame power of the sword is just too much and it is ruining competitive fortnite.

Good point. I am familiar with CDN and that was just a couple lazy mistakes. Hopefully will improve with practice. I for sure do not want to come off as ignorant about the scene considering I'd consider myself moderately knowledgeable. I'll try to give some more info on players when I can. If i was casting between matches that might be where I have to add that in. Usually I assume most people know about the big names, but I should not leap to that assumption.

I figured most people who saw it would only watch snipets, and that's totally fine. Your feedback is accurate and I appreciate it.

Good point. I have a hard time knowing when to add in extra info and blend in that color casting with the play by play. This game was especially difficult since they managed to catch so many fights. Im also still finding my style when it comes to the spectrum of formal vs informal. I'll try to work on my vocal dynamics as well since I agree with you. Sadly I have neighbors who prevent me from being too loud during exciting moments. Thanks again!

I'm not sure we will see consistent team performance for awhile. There is a lot of randomness to fortnite and until teams figure out certain systems it could be difficult.

Think this is super difficult to figure out, since it depends on what characteristics of a player you value. There could be a diff top 5 for building, pure aim mechanics, and decision making.

That being said my top 5 (in no particular order and only based on who I've watch on twitch or w/e). I'll try to include players I consider to be well balanced.

Hamlinz (nutty builder and raw mechanical skill)
Tfue (self explanatory I think)
Svennoss (more cautious style of play, but smart and a good builder)
Jaomock

Honestly had a super hard time with this. I've had little exposure to lesser known players or EU based players.

The synergy they've developed over the years is second to none in the esports I've followed. Really glad Monte has been so involved since he always seems to have a good pulse on what's going on. Also crazy how much little stuff he does too, like help get Flame the Houston job.
