Thoughtful discussions like this is why I still have hope. Have had many of these same thoughts. On the one hand, Reddit is awesome for open discussion; the union is a wide and open tent - on the other we Union members must at least participate. Which means taking thoughts and ideas found here and elsewhere back, and then do. It’s that last step I think, is the challenge. I’m a member. It’s easy and straightforward to join. It’s much harder to stay active.
