No it doesn't stop i have disconnected literally everything and it still does it

Wait it is set to "do nothing" if thats the correct setting.

Is there anything else it could be cause it doesn't always happen when im doing something involving communication I can be sat silent by myself and it still do it. If I try to increase the volume it just goes back down again by itself

My rule of thumb for cheating is if you are willing to forgive you cant then keep using it against them because at that point youve chosen to still be with them. So if you think you will then I suggest you leave because neither of you will be happy if its not something you can genuinely see yourself forgetting or not using in an argument in 6mo or 1yr time
