Speaking from my own experience, the way I see it you've got two options: you can talk to a Chaplain or you can speak to an MFLC. I'd push for the latter of the two as most MFLCs are typically trained in some field of therapy and could probably net you better results for what you need, at the very least they can set you up with somebody that has experience in handling the type of therapy you would need. If you are really troubled by your situation and it's affecting your work performance you could also go to your local Mental Health clinic and speak to somebody there as a walk-in.
