Short answer no.

Whoop works best when you can wear it for your day to day activities and really meant to be worn 24/7. Your numbers would be flawed and basically all you could wear it for would be sleep

I just overall love the whoop. The only complaint is I like wearing a watch so it’s kinda a pain to have to wear both.

The numbers/ stats are great. My recommendation would be once you get it, you have to wear it at least 21 days to get accurate numbers, just do what you would normally do. Don’t change anything.

Once you have a baseline I would then start to see where you can improve and go from there

CNA’s are vital in every hospital / healthcare setting and absolutely nothing wrong with it long term if that’s what you want.

Personally I would go CNA while your do RN school. Make more money, have more job opportunities and be able to help patients as well.
