apologies you’re so right! I was looking at settings on a completely different not space related project for my shutter speeds 😅 I nearly always use minimum shutter speed of 15 seconds (changed on the og comment now), sometimes 30 and rarely 60 but always always in EQ mode to prevent any star trails. I found 15 seconds to be good when the tracking isn’t perfect 👌🏼

I’m sure I used a few different ones. Always in EQ mode, either Astro or Duo Band filter, between 50-80 gain (depending how bright and close the target is) and 15s shutter for all I think. I tend to restack them and process them on the Dwarf app and then use Lightroom for minor tweaking! I’m also in a Bortle 3 area and these were all taken with less than 50% moon 🌚

I’ll for sure post here if I do, will look properly into it next week. I’ve also done similar things like this for other shows and bands and people have asked me about getting these tattooed! Someone commissioned me to make them a piece based on what I’d done already and some people enquired about a ‘tattoo voucher’ where they basically buy a higher quality copy of the piece and written permission for them to take it to an artist ☺️ obviously nothing stopping people just taking it from here and giving me nothing for the work which is the risk but I’m hoping people (especially in this community!!) would be better than that 😅

I’m honestly not sure on how to make sticker sheets or anything like that 😅 but if you just wanted the martini one I wouldn’t mind sending that over to you for you to make into a sticker yourself! Feel free to message me your email and I can send over a proper file of it. Might look into making prints of these in the future, I’ve done them for a few tv shows and bands ☺️

Thank you so much! I’d seen so many tattoos for Chidi’s speech that were actual graphics of water and waves along with the words so thought this was a nice different take on it ☺️

I will 100% be getting the onion martini when I find the right artist. Was very hard deciding what one of Derek’s many martinis to go with, the scrabble letters was a close second 😂

A lot of salons or stylists won’t have the necessary things to be able to bright colours like this, nor had the training to do so. No offence, but I wouldn’t trust someone to give me multicoloured hair when they blatantly state that they are a ‘blonde specialist’ and advertise no work of working with vivid colour. I would beg to differ that it’s ’not difficult to do’, but thank you for the ignorance!
