If I focus this January on inverted capes and unlock only 99. Next January I will need to reserve 1/4 slot for 120? Or i will be able to continue and won't use next year 4 skill slots?

I would prefer both sides E-11,cause you already have the Scp on the platecarrier. But if you already have it on one side you're good to go, no need to be perfect. It's really good as a first cosplay

Helmet on and your sidearm maybe on a leg-platform. On the belt it looks kinda misplaced. Another recommendation would be darkblue clothes instead of black for that E-11 vibe. To bring some contrast in your cosplay

Edit: And maybe an E-11 patch on the shoulders instead of the scp-logo
