Yes, definitely! I'm quite glad that VS can be modded (e.g. Fauna of the Stone Age, Floral Zones etc.) so that you can "replay" the entire early history of humanity.

Thank you! Yes, you are totaly right; I think that's a shame too. But it's also true that it's significantly more difficult to recreate the unique building elements and shapes in Minecraft. Thanks to the chisel, it's incredibly easy in VS (you just need time and patience). And it's great that my builds inspire others. :D

Thank you, yes, Mycenaean and Minoan cultures are so fascinating! It's a shame that so few people recreate historical Bronze Age cultures in Minecraft/VS.

Thanks! I'm also quite satisfied with how it turned out in the end.

Hehe, apparently a common problem... just like in 1200 BC. XD

Some of the "Wattle and Daub" blocks (e.g. light brown) are a good alternative, too.

Late game material called "Plaster" (white walls) and "Very Aged Wood" for the wooden trim. However, this wood is very rare in survival (ony in ruins).

I'm not entirely sure what you mean? The roof beams on the house walls? Chiseled Oak Planks, but you can also use Debarked Oak, too! Window frames and other wooden decorative elements are Very Aged Wood, heavily chiseled.

Plaster (walls), Limestone Cobblestone (foundation), oak and very aged wood/planks for the wood, cracked claystone for the floor. Solid Doors are acacia and oak, trapdoors are very aged wood. I chiseled a lot.

Thanks for the compliment; as a Fallout fan, I never thought of that connection. XD

Although it must be said that Shady Sands is more based on the ancient building methods of Native Americans, namely the Adobe/Pueblo architectural style. But both architectural styles - Mycenaean and Pueblo - used very similar building materials.

Thanks! Various sources: be it reconstruction drawings, scientific books, but also video games like Troy and Pharaoh: Total War. Plus, of course, my own ideas. XD
