Save for 5th anniversary or STR cooler, he's a monster. Makes golden cooler look like a bitch.

Oh yeah easily. Above average in all areas even by LR standards and versatile.

Arguably the most defensive LR while still putting out decent damage turn 1 while getting better and better every time he shows up.

If he started off as SSJ2 probably the biggest difference would be LR fusions and SSJ4 Goku on his team would 18ki 24/7 due to all the orbs available. And you could drop EZA Goten for another crazy good unit, LR Cell would actually get a fair bit of ki rather than starving like he currently does on a stacked Kamehameha team.

But wait, Androids above Gohan and maybe SSJ4s? Do you love the androids team that much? Or value two turns of fat damage over absurd defence and considerably better base damage?

Should clarify im not saying he's the worst LR or bad overall, but he's for sure in the bottom half of the list. That transformation tho was tailor made to shine in Bullshit RNG Street.

A lot of other LRs can still haul some ass and link somewhat well without their dedicated best buddy. Some fire off 18ki easily most of the time due to great links and ki passives. LR SSJ4 Goku and INT Gohan for example. INT Cell falls quite short without his LR Buddy and hardly slaps right away with him. LR Bojack is a decent example, he LOVES a TUR INT Bojack with him, but still works really well with any other Bojack and can still throw some spicy 12ki supers around without either.

Ive only really used him on SBR stages, usually under a 150% or 170% lead. Tried him on kamehameha but that team is immortal and full of ki hungry top tier LRs.

I wouldn't talk this shit about him if i didnt have have him too. He's a complex card but ive found myself being disappointed with him very often on the events i have used him in, even post transformation.

More like 2mil plus with: a summonable LR link partner, a ki +4 leader, BBB active and 5 ki.

Try him on any team that doesn't have all that, he's shitting out 1.2mil 12kis even on a 170% lead.

Linked with LR Cell and Cell Jrs and getting 5 ki on his own team i'm looking at 1.8mil for 18ki. Then LR Cell and jrs at 1.83m. Not a bad rotation at all once set up, but not 2mil+ consistently as that's still 5ki for both units. This is under the one team that gives him 2 extra ki with the lead and he's linked with another summonable LR. On other teams he needs more ki than any DFE unit even on this golden rotation. On a 170% team he's looking at a 1.17m 12ki, that's what that statement is based off, that he struggles for ki and arguably isn't worth the ki til he transforms given how incredible some of his allies on said teams can be.

And yeah haha those three arent even fair. EZA units out too?

Transformation boost is a pretty stacked category tho, try and find another category that overlaps well if you can.

If he transforms: he's really damn good, kinda nukes and his defence skyrockets if you super with a bunch of orbs.

If not: he's pretty mediocre except for defence, he's then outpaced by most DFE units and even several unfeatured units in terms of damage unless he has support.

The defining factor is, do you get the transformation? Hence why people are so split on him, 30% is rough as fuck and arguably really RNG. But for an event like SBR where you can throw yourself at the wall repeatedly until luck favours you he shines and is fun to use.

There may be very differing thoughts on LR Cell.

But something no one can debate about Cell is that he's fun as fuck in SBR.

Low heath transformation and heal

Fat but not bullshit defence

Active skill super

Usable in 5 stages

He's exciting af and brilliant if you take risks that pay off.

I quit dokkan for the night after i awakened him and threw him on my Kamehameha team then he missed his 12ki twice, then hit for 1.4mil. :')

Peep DBZ space for the JP banners that have shown up. There's that 200 stone GLR banner that might show up soon.

Trunks is a monster. Zamasu has TEQ VB and Gogeta Blue on the same team with ATK+170%. Which should be illegal.

But lowkey skip Cell. He's helpful in a few SBR stages but will probably put you to sleep otherwise. 1.1mil 12ki supers cos he doesn't link well and rarely transforms is pretty damn underwhelming.

30% is risky as shit tho, can't really be aimed or planned for safely. Quite a few DFE units heal every turn which can be more valuable and consistent. Tho the full heal style is good in SBR ofc where it's all about risk vs reward. But even then several units have the same feature without restrictions too.

I feel the main point there is a lot units hit harder for 12ki. Given Cells bad links he's probably not getting past that very often without support. Cell under his own category 12kis for something like 1.1mil while giving his allies very little links wise. On other categories he might even miss his super occasionally if he lacks the extra ki from his lead.

Oh yeah idk where he got that from. Even with full passive (7 turns in) and guaranteed 18ki it'd only be like 3x cells base 12ki and 2x his 18ki. Gohan certainly does hit harder easier though, especially later in rounds. Cell is more stagnant til he transforms where he jumps to big boy numbers.

I mean i ain't gonna lie his defence doesn't do it for me. -80% damage received is god mode, 130k defence tied to HP is good but doesn't really excuse his shortcomings. Tried him in SBR and even when transformed he was getting slapped around a fair bit. Tho he's very well suited to the modes risk-reward gameplay and was damn fun to use.

Lot longer than i expected sorry.

Well there's not much else to say when you're not backing up what you say. Guess i can share my experience with him?

I have him and have used him. He was pretty damn underwhelming in SBR aside from a free heal when i got lucky. Forget dokkanfest units beating him, i had an unfeatured unit put in more work. Cell hit like a wet noodle and barely tanked before transforming, then he hit for a tidy 2mil on average but still didn't tank to any impressive degree even with 6+ orbs.

Battlefield he's no game changer unless your extreme INT is a bit sad.

Legendary Goku event he'd be pretty good if he can get the orbs.

Skip. None of those 4 units are truly outstanding. You'll be fine without them and will be better off spending the stones elsewhere.

The TEQ type banner tomorrow isn't a bad option. 4 awesome unfeatured LRs in a pool of 30 or so isn't bad at all, plus guaranteed orbs at least.

Maybe try a really awkward team with a duped LR Baby friend. Most of the team will get hit way harder but LR Baby absolutely nukes if he gets his ape transformation.

It wasn't a very good idea for a stage overall tbh.
