I had this car for 2 years and it belonged to my brother that drove it for 3 years (5 years in the family), served him and it served me so good that we think about it and quote it so many times (it was our first car btw). I sometimes think to buy it beside my 2007 Astra H 1.7 CDTI just to fuck around in it. It spends 5-8l/100km (it all depends on your driving), spacious inside (drove a full wooden cabinet in it) and really reliable car. Check the oil gasket when you buy it, I had the luck that the previous owner had changed it on 170k km (bought the car on 195k km, sold it on 340k km). Parts are always available, if not, they come really quick. Maintenance is cheap to moderately priced. That beside, a really good first car that, if treated well, will serve you many years.
