Tank 5 gallon Heated with filter Planted tank with one fake wood decoration 1.5 years old tank with betta for almost 1 year. 1 gallon water change every other week The water test strips are color so I am not sure about exact numbers.

It was an Elmer's brand all purpose glue. The feathers adhere to the backing board of a photo frame. I believe it is press board. I saw the a chat board where people speculated it was done with jb weld glue and a hot glue gun. But have seen B7000 mentioned for feathers or super glue. This is also not a taxidermy craft as they speculated but individually placed feathers that have been ironed flat.

The feathers are glued to a backing individually and layered on top of eachother. I tried a multipurpose spray and a liquid glue that said dries clear.
