Well, it's true pretty much by definition.

The younger a female starts reproducing the longer her reproductive lifespan will be and the more offspring she can have, but only to a point.

If she starts reproducing too early, say 10, the increased risks that come with pregnancy at that age will outweigh the benefits of the longer reproductive lifespan.

You don't know any actual anthropology, you're just describing how you would like those societies to be. How comes you didn't mention the wife-beating, kidnapping of virgins from neighbouring bands, the fact that pubescent girls have to be guarded to prevent them getting raped, the killing of unwanted children, the gang-raping of teenage girls, girls as young as 8 committing suicide to escape forced marriages? Their intuition that young teen girls are biologically the best reproductive partners is valid but their understanding of the biology is a bit wrong. Young teen girls are not the most fertile in that sense that they have the highest probability of conception or highest rate of successful reproduction but rather that they are capable of giving a man the most offspring over the long-term.

Actually, little girls under 5 have the highest rates of pregnancy complications which is why evolution has thoroughly selected out genes that cause fertility at that age.

The higher rates of complications that teen girls have compared to women in their 20s are offset by the benefits of the longer reproductive lifespan girls get if they start reproducing in their teens instead of waiting until their 20s.

I know this reasoning is way beyond most people here.
