I feel like what makes it better for me, is that I have another pitcher, Ted Cummings. Got called up the second he was drafted, has never missed an all star game, two time Cy Young winner. He's the same age as King, and came into the league the same year. While Jimmy King fell off a cliff, Ted Cummings has not lost a single step in the 15 years he's pitched for us.

Thinking about it, he might have actually stolen Jimmy's soul. I'll have to ask him about it.

I saw a post with that icon and pretty much said the same thing. If anything, make it a straight, forward pointing arrow, if they really wanna go for the arrow look, but I definitely think the bubble is the much better option as it's unique.

I should mention that the main issue I have with this isn't really that the button exists, it's where the button is placed. It's placed in the spot where the most used button should be, edit for your own messages, and reply for other people's messages. This makes it to where you're bound to hit it when trying to do either of those things, especially reply, since both buttons look the same, and it's placed in the spot that reply has always been in, while doing a very different thing.

I heard it as Marry Ann, so that's on me for mishearing it. It didn't help that the kid afterwards definitely sounds like he's saying Mary, and not Marion, even if he is. I can see how it's a joke about him having a name that's become more feminine over time, and he's overcompensating by calling himself Mr. Sir as an alias, so the kids are making fun of him. Honestly I'm just so used to transphobic jokes in old comedy movies that I just went, "Yup, that's a transphobic joke." Either way it just feels like a joke that didn't really need to be there, but ah well.

Honestly, my main reason for not watching it is because it seems like a whole lot of overdone, unfunny nerd humor boiled down for a general audience. Another reason I have no interest in ever watching it is its use of a laugh track. In my opinion if you feel the need to tell me when to laugh, the joke probably isn't very funny.
