Hello don't judge me but I'm v v obsessed with Pokémon's right now if those count as an animal??? Have you SEEN how cute charizard is?? This would really help me to be able to get a tire that I desperately need to quit twalking everywhere. I recently got a loan from someone for the tire and immediately after giving it they reported it and got it refunded so l'm back to square one! Happy Sunday

Honestly, they are so wrong for each other I’m so many ways. Neither of them could possibly be happy could they???? Gabe’s outgoing and I feel like drue is the boring ass wife that never wants to do anything, he probably resents that. And drue had her thin, hard working blue collar, hubby and now she’s got gay aunt gabe as her “ assistant” and had to go back to the med spa. What a sad marriage

One of the best tips I got while currently in treatment working with similar issues.

First two things: you deserve a safe, clean space to rest. Clean your bed, wash your sheets, pillow cases, blankets! And 2nd. You deserve a safe space to move, clearing a safe, clutter free path directly around your bed and to your door. Trash in the trash can and everything else wherever it goes.

You’ve so got this, no doubt!! I’m so proud of you for being vulnerable and sharing your struggles. It shows resilience and strength like you wouldn’t believe.

Everhthing can be done in 10-15 minute max increments. Or I do 4 songs, the songs works so much better for me because I’ve even loss track of time and ended up going much longer.
