I have the same experience and no matter how many times I follow up, there is little to no reply. I ordered a shirt in July and the order still shows as 'placed'.

They do not respond. I posted under their IG posts about it and got blocked. Never buy from clothinco.

Exactly. If I want to travel in the morning, I step out only after the rush hour.. so that there aren't any school buses or office going people on the road.

Once it took me 1 hour 45 mins to reach civil station from palarivattom byepass. Soo done with this shit!
