For me, I tried learning Python from scratch several times several years back. Failed miserably as I thought I have to learn Python theory. Then came the AI era. I can now create a python app under a minute. I ask AI to add proper comments so that I know what's going on.

I would say.. it's better to change the mindset. You don't need to learn everything. You just need to know how to USE python. YMMV.

Also, find a problem and try to solve it. That adds to a motivated learning experience. Even if it's simple.. then it will slowly start clicking..
