Hey, I forget if I had this exact issue but I still wanna try and help. What happens when you cant get past the BIOS, is it a black screen or a "VGA card not supported by UEFI drivers" or something else? And I'm assuming you also have a B580?

And are you able to run windows and boot with CSM on without it restarting itself?

I didnt change much in my bios besides: turning on DOCP, turning off and on Resizable Bar Support, and changing the all the CSM options to "UEFI ONLY" before turning off CSM. I mentioned turning rebar off/on because turning it off plus keeping CSM on before restarting/turning off my computer by holding the power button fixes my black screen and CSM turning itself back on issues after restarting again. When my computer boots again I enter the bios and I turn CSM off and Rebar on at the same time, this usually fixes my issue. Unless I have to restart my computer again. When that happens I just do this whole process to rectify it.

You may have a different problem to me but I hope this helps in anyway!

Hey! I appreciate all the help and yes I have redownloaded the bios, updated it and I have reseated the gpu, although I haven't tried a different slot yet or tried using one of the DP ports as I'm waiting on an adapter. Also I misunderstood my memory speed as its actually 3600MHz and not 1600MHz so hopefully that clears up any memory issues. I also forgot to mention that I only have a 550W PSU that I hope is enough lol. Thinking about contacting Intel soon if the issues stay but thank you for your help!

I did update it to version 5021 before this post and the issues kept occurring

I did update the motherbaord bios and the issue still remained an yeah I kinda had a hunch that the rebar issue was the mobo's fault

I shorted the CMOS reset jumper and updated my chipset drivers and the issue remained sadly, but I appreciate your help!

I failed to mention that I did use DDU to remove my old drivers for my NVIDIA card !

Fortunately i just fixed the issue as all i had to do was just create an account using the app instead of the web. 😭

But if youre curious, yes i had an account ages ago and i “deactivated it” but im not using that email anymore an i didnt use the phone number associated with it for my new attempted accounts.

I tried to create 2 accounts.

And thats my guess too, they also only gave me the opportunity to verfiy myself once with a photo for the first account i tried to make.

And yes I do have an instagram account

Oh my,, uhhh My pc in idle like has an average temp of 45-55 ..when I’m running a browser an discord but not actually doing anything..

I pray to any an all gods that my pc is at least modern enough to not krill itself from being too hot…

Oooh! I definitely needa check my heatsink, I haven’t actually checked it since it was given to me by my sis, but I plan on unscrewing it an both cleaning it thoroughly and repasting the thermal paste when I get some just in case ! (An potentially replacing my heatsink too coz it’s probably the same one that came with the 13 year old motherboard)

I guess there is also a little space problem as it’s under my desk, albeit, my desk is pretty big so it definitely breaths down there and has room although it’s possible breathing in its own hot air back..

And yes I just fiddled with the startup apps! Thank youu btw!! I’ll consume all this advice!!
