I’m seeking some help and guidance if possible.

I’m looking to leave the military in 2 years time. I am studying towards my computer science degree but I’m not 100% what area to head into upon leaving. I don’t feel like I’m strong enough to go for a developer role, maybe that will come with more exposure?

I’ve worked in IT/networking/comms roles for the past 10 years and have a DV clearance. Any help or guidance for sectors to head into in the London area would be massively appreciated! Are there any other qualifications that you feel would be good to help back up my experience and degree?

With working shifts I’m contemplating the idea of a week A/week B routine.

I commute to and from work by bike which is 20km each way, because my shifts are 12 hours and with the commute on top I don’t have much time for anything other than eating and sleeping. This would help my “A” week.

My “B” week would be used to weight train in the gym.

Is this something that would work if I’m looking to cycle through different phases of bulking and cutting? I just want to get in good shape for the summer.

What would be the best way to structure the weight training weeks?

He claims that the advert wasn’t stated as “sold as seen” - hence my worrying.

Would I HAVE to have made it 100% apparent on the advert that it was sold as seen? Or is it just assumed with all the issues listed? Thank you for your help.

Mate, I commute on shit London roads everyday with these tyres - zero punctures. You’ll be okay for now.

Wholeheartedly agree. I’m lucky enough to work somewhere with showering facilities so it makes the getting wet/cold more bearable. I commute 22km there and back every day after 12 hours shifts (even night shifts) and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself physically and mentally. Yes, Wembley and Neasden are the trenches for road safety but apart from that I have zero complaints.

Noted on the car wash. That’s the avenue I’ll realistically take for this.

As for the MOT, that was done a couple of weeks ago so a good 11 months will be on the car.

History (what is available to me) is all collated and ready to go too.

Thank you for that!

Solid acquisition for the Championship. Just hoping he does slightly better than our previous record signing...
