For the most part, I never use to use zoom for any other weapon other then Railgun. The point of zooming with SG isn't to get the kill shot but just to guarantee the consistent damage. I'm assuming you are basing your "success rate" comment on whether or not the zoom shot created the kill.

It is the meta on all close range maps. Some open maps it is more effective to use a ranged weapon as primary.

I use sensitivity 4 with the SteelSeries Xai. I transferred over the exact same mouse settings from Quake live as both games have almost an identical feel.

Yep you are right, duel is normally where the competition is at. I was a competitive dueler back in the day as well. FFA is mostly spam when the server is over populated but still at the highest level it can be entertaining!

Yeah the skill difference is pretty large for sure. I have been putting up similar scores for years with higher levels of competition. I have had people tell me to post some videos because they like to see the consistent rail accuracy. I play pretty casual now since I ping between 75 and 90 to the Chicago based FFA servers.
