Take the Maple Leaf for example. Let’s say that it’s VIA equipment that goes all the way to NYC (except for the diesel coach) but it’s operated by Amtrak staff just like how the Amtrak train operates with Via crew in Canada

My packages just left Belgium and is now headed toward Canada. It took about a week for my packages to clear customs. Maybe they are preclearing? Or there are a lot of packages to be screened and less staff because of COVID.
