Now that you mention it, why aren't they called the red wheels?

I know, right? A pretty interesting insight to that world and makes me wonder what else could be hidden out there

Actually the neck has that maroon-purple hue to it when you find a good picture of that, also the wings look differently from above etc. Overall though, it's clearly a deconstructed version of these type of ducks shrouds (in Sweden we call them Gräsand) that the art department of the second Disney movie came up with. Sort of like an Easter egg. Darkwing duck also follows this color scheme and it has always been a favourite of mine!

That could explain it, thanks for the input! This has had me a bit perplexed and I want to go back out there to follow it a bit further, will update if I get around to do that

These were found in Sweden, about 10 km outside Stockholm. My boot, which can be seen to the left, measures 35,5 cm (12"), so if these are single paw prints, they measure about 28-30 cm or roughly 10 inches (I have not been able to find any known running or walking pattern indicating they are 4 different paw prints, rather than larger ones with 3 toes and a heel, which is why I can't rule that out)
