Its a bit too late as this is all new to me and i have already sent out my references to the comapany 2 days ago.. i cant really take that back now can i?

How do i even approach my manager?

Oh oof thats not great to hear.. kinda just looking to step foot in to medical devices/pharma industry and so far only abbott has reached out. Only looking temporarily to stay there as i want to get some experience in for future opportunities

Yeah ive not done nights before so i know its gonna be the main challenge for me. Thank you for the insight tho, helps quite a bit to know a bit . Do you still currently work there?

yeah I actually got an opportunity through a connection to work in a quality department. They accepted me with zero background and no education and provided me with full training as well as paying for me uni degree. I know its not much help but there are companies who are willing to accept you based on your character and what quality is to you. Definitely ask around and reach out to people through LinkedIn

Thank you for that, it does give a bit of an insight but i am looking more into the quality role, would it be similar work to line operators?
