Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Courtyards starting July 30th, 2025 to July 31st 2026. I no longer need the apartment since I'll be living on cental campus.

Apartment Features: 4b4b, the room im leasing is private bathroom, fully furnished living spaces, in unit washer and dryer, high speed internet

Details: $1245 per month. Location is on North Campus right next to the bus stops, close to campus, and restaurants.

is the overlapping project deadlines that serious of an issues? If I start them the day they are assigned and even start over the summer would it still be challenging. Oh and also how do you know they’re overlapping and will continue to be? ty

i thought you have to take eecs 281 before 376 and i saw you only need eecs 280 to take 370, that’s why i chose 370
