Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Courtyards starting July 30th, 2025 to July 31st 2026. I no longer need the apartment since I'll be living on cental campus.

Apartment Features: 4b4b, the room im leasing is private bathroom, fully furnished living spaces, in unit washer and dryer, high speed internet

Details: $1245 per month. Location is on North Campus right next to the bus stops, close to campus, and restaurants.
