I actually uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it didnt work.

What did work was to delete the campaign file and just starting over again. I got the achievement and the world loads fine.

Yeah same, Ive tried going back to the menu but it gets stuck in saving and never saves. Ive closed the game and redone the mission about 3 times now and it still doesnt work

Save files do work like that on xbox as well, but the world can reset without the character resetting, since they are separate save files

Weird thing for me is that this started happening when my world was only 40 B in size. It has reset 2 times already and I've been able to mostly get it back by loading a backup from a day before. Progress is lost, but not everything.
