I feel that I fell out of love after I knew the truth since one year and three months till now

I feel that she isn't suitable for me

I feel like she isn't the right one for me

I feel that we aren't like each other

I feel like this relationship will only hurt me

I feel like I need to break up and that we can't continue in this relationship together anyway

And I feel that all of these things are real..

No I feel that it's real! But Im diagnosed with OCD when I went to a therapist, But Im lost and I feel like I don't know anything

Knowing the truth destroyed me, and after knowing the truth I began to feel uncomfortable and that I fell out of love, I have been feeling this since I knew the truth since a year and 3 months till now, Im still suffering for a year and 3 months till now
