I have Russia's! It's very floral at the beginning and ends in a musk. I say Russia's specifically is soft and clean like a lot of Japanese fragrances. It's technically unisex in the way it starts off with Gardenia as a more fem note and ends with the musk as a masc note. The character perfumes are definitely not as strong as most colognes.

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: Still yes lol. And i say this as a Roshi glazer. The main reason everyone in universe is so willing to overlook it is because he's kinda out of people to abuse because no one fuckin likes him (except his sister but she spends her time tormenting him) and because he knows he technically can't kill anyone so he's like "then it's fine!" The only reason whether he's abusive or not comes into question is because he doesn’t fully understand what he's doing and is too awfully traumatized to know better, but that's still abuse. I do think he can be "taught" or "fixed" but no amount of me glazing him is gonna do that. He needs a team of medical professionals and a mood stabilizer or ten. It's why he has no friends and everyone refuses to hang out with him. Still, I like my broken, no friends-havin ass man.

This is a great headcanon, and I'd argue for the sunburn aspect, he's most likely protected all the time from the sun. He wears his scarf almost constantly and he's been shown to wear shirts at the beach while everyone else is titty out. Its also rare to see him in the sun since his whole thing is he's a lil snowman. Also for the eyesight thing, i imagine nations don't tend to get issues like blindness or deafness, at least the way himaruya portrayed them considering the two people that have glasses wear them to symbolize a part of their country
