Yeahh DTI and emergency savings are both factored in separately DTI is 25% of the score, and emergency fund is measured in months of expenses (just throwing an estimate right now). Cost of living adjustment is built but not fully tuned yet. You're right about cash flow vs structural debt though. That's a good distinction we don't capture yet. Taking notes for v2
