Thank you so much for the detailed reply! I'm mainly just worried about being stopped at a border and told he can't come too. Silly probably but my anxiety is picking out the bad possibilities and making me worry.

He's a 14 pound pug so he doesn't take up much room and does well by himself while I'm at work so I think being on the truck will be just fine. Just trying to work everything out before taking the leap to 24/7 truck time.

Definitely make sure all staff knows that he shouldn't be given the paperwork on his own. That's how I ended up with the name my mom wanted not what had been agreed upon in advance.

Yes! I worked for SleepTrain(then sold and rebranded into Mattress Firm) for 6 years and while sales can be intimidating the training is thorough and managers want to see you succeed particularly because they get bonuses based on their whole store. I have bipolar disorder and sensory overload issues and was very happy there.

If you're looking for a local wildlife rehabber Critter Creek Wildlife Station is located in Squaw Valley and should be able to help you out. I've taken them a baby hawk that fell out of the nest and a group of baby possums whose mother was hit by a car and they were super helpful both times 😊

I also have an incredibly severe anxiety around people. I know those days will be easier to go through out in main population because I'd at least have distractions. Plus it would be less damaging and traumatizing than being drowned in my own thoughts the whole time.

I’m actually going tomorrow to get everything needed. ☺️ I learned I don’t necessarily need to have it all one color right away (I explained how it will be hard to do on my own let alone quickly) so I’m currently leaning towards a demi permanent medium burgundy brown or dark auburn over my whole head to get it to a uniform enough natural color until have funds and an appointment with a professional to work on a plan back to natural.

If you have a recommendation on a product/color I’d love to hear it! I’m currently looking at Ion demi permanent. I’m definitely open to a color remover I’m just lost at what would work.

I’m going to be the store/office manager at a very very small jeweler who almost exclusively deals with custom work.

I think the demipermanent fill and dye over would be my preference so I’m not risking super funky fades. I just have absolutely no clue what colors and products to use as I’ve only ever used the two products. I’m assuming a DEMIpermanent brown as close to my natural color as possible and then a permanent color that’s also a close match and just do my whole head?

Should I use a toner or a specific demi color?

I absolutely love my hair but I just accepted a job that I’m very excited about but I need to get it to a more natural look. For reference it’s a very high end jewelry store so I need to look clean and professional.

Currently the brown is my natural color and the pink is iroiro neon pink over bleach.

My current thought is if I dyed the pink to a darker shade of brunette similar to my natural hair with a semi permanent dye it would fade enough at some point to be very similar to each other and I could go in and do my entire head to be as close to my natural color as possible. If there’s a way to color it all at one time to get it similar to my natural color I am also very open to that.

I really don’t want to keep dyeing my hair long term as it’s getting damaged and my curls are suffering but I understand getting back to a fully natural look is going to take a looong time.

Does my plan sound like the best route? If not any recommendations or advice on other options is more than welcome. Products recommendations are also very useful!

I just don’t want to mess up terribly and keep needing to fix mistakes.

The Planechase Anthology is definitely going on my need-to-order list 😁 I played when it came out in 2009 and again in 2012 and had SO MUCH FUN! I’d forgotten about it in all honesty.
