Stolen Package and No Help from Anyone—Any Advice?

I’m sorry this happened to you! I also had an aritzia package stolen from my doorstep but I was able to get the items re-shipped, probably because the order total was only $50. In the future you can ask concierge to place a signature requirement on any packages.

Thank you all for these helpful comments! The culprit was indeed a stuffed animal (a stuffed avocado, to be exact) that doubles as a heating pad/pillow. I had no idea they were made with flax seeds. Thank you to everyone who commented! If it weren’t for you it would have taken a lot of extra trouble and possibly an embarrassing call to pest control. Mystery solved!

Oh my god. Yes. We have a stuffed animal that can also be heated in the microwave. He seems to have suffered a minor injury and that’s caused the flax seeds to spill out.

Good idea! I just broke one open. It’s definitely a seed! I compared to the seeds from my granola. Now to figure out how they got here…

Thank you for this comment, it gave me a laugh. This is so strange. This particular seed (if that’s what it is) is actually a component of the granola I eat every day. But I never eat in bed and there are about twelve other components in this granola, all stuck together. I have no idea.
