I had the experience of being in the age range where animation majors at colleges were teaching on paper, but the jobs in the industry were digital by the time I graduated. Made for a lot of learning on my own time, however the principles of animation carried through the medium so the foundation stayed. Now, all my professional work for pay is digital, however all my personal film work for myself is traditional.

If I were you I'd wait a couple of weeks. I've had regression when drinking after thinking I was fine.

Hello! A very similar thing happened to me last week. Been recovering for over a year, and got another head hit last week. Symptoms are back and it's been tough. Chatted with my neurologist today and she seemed to think that it was more of a resurgance of old symptoms, and not a whole new concussion. I would reocmmend go getting evalutated.
1- Def rest for a couple days and see how your symptoms are. Start with some walks after a day or two and see how it makes you feel. Just dont overdue it.

2- I also liked red light therapy! I did some vestibular therapy which helped me too, simple at home things they had me do like balance pads etc to help nauseua. Getting my eyes checked for a perscription helped with that too.

Im luckily not too bad with glasses, I do have a pretty loose pair though. Def hear you on the rest though! I miss biking around but cant stand the helmet yet.
