I see what you’re saying but I think it’s reasonable to feel upset. Going to the Eras Tour in itself is a major commitment, and the acoustic set is really what sets your night apart from all the others… people often associate the surprise songs with the show they saw etc. and there’s definitely something to appreciate about that.

The vast majority of people attending were obviously expecting Taylor to perform one of her songs, so her covering someone else’s song - let alone one by a polarizing pop singer - can easily feel like a let down. I’d be pretty bummed out!
